Hi, I am Shuwen Xu (่ฎธไนฆ้ป), a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Artificial Intelligence at 
University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), advised by Prof. Kang Liu. In the Spring 2026 semester, I was a visiting student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at 
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), working with Prof. Yi R. (May) Fung.
My research interests lie in LLMs/MLLMs, agentic reinforcement learning, efficient model training, and embodied AI. I am broadly interested in building capable and reliable agents that can reason, explore, and interact with complex environments, while improving the data, training, and inference pipelines that make such systems more efficient and controllable.
I'm currently seeking 2027 Fall PhD positions!

Outside research, I like to keep life energetic and a little spontaneous. I enjoy playing football โฝ, practicing table tennis ๐, swimming ๐, and wandering through new cities with a camera, a curious appetite, and an open afternoon.
